Kim was great with our daughter! We were initially very worried about how our daughter would be with any childcare person, but Kim's calm and caring demeanor really showed through and our daughter warmed up to her immediately. It was clear that Kim genuinely cared about our daughter and took great care of her. Kim was great at communicating any issues or concerns she had and always took any feedback/requests to heart. As first time parents, it was also great to have someone who has had a range of experience to make recommendations when we didn't necessarily know what to do.
