I am a certified RIE Educarer (Resource for Infant Educarers -respectful parenting). As a mother I have personal experience from newborn to early childhood. I also have professional experience from newborns as young as 3weeks old to early childhood. My first job I was a Certified Nurse Assistant, after receiving my BS I was a veterinarian technician for years, then I moved onto the creative arts and film/TV. I was a stay-at-home mom and weekend babysitter till my kiddo turned 5. I am also experienced with neurodivergent children. As a parent I am following RIE, Gental Parenting, Positive Parenting, and starting Whole Brain Child. I am crafty with the kiddos and I know the value of being present. We had a wonderful experience with Kim. Her professionalism, reliability, and the sense of security she gave us were truly 100%. Kim cared for our 3-month-old baby, and since this was our first time hiring a babysitter, we were understandably nervous. With no family nearby and two energetic dogs at home, we were exhausted as first-time parents and really needed support. Kim was always punctual, dependable, and incredibly caring. Our baby was always happy and full of smiles with her. She noticed even small changes in his growth and kept us updated throughout her time with him. Whenever I had parenting questions or concerns, she was always kind and supportive. Being far from our families, she truly felt like someone we could trust like family.
