So far Kim has been great. Patient, reliable and understanding. Going through surgery is scary mentally and I can not have someone that would make the process harder by negativity. Kim has been that person to keep me calm and reassured through this process. She goes above and beyond as a professional without question and that truly shows she is in this profession because her heart is in it.
