Experienced and compassionate healthcare provider. Helping seniors with physical support, cooking meals and social engagement. I have worked for several chiropractors and MD's providing physical therapy and nutrition counseling. I am now an independent wellness consultant, and caregiver. I have taken care of my own elderly parents as well as other clients for 5 years. I provide a 3-6 hour visits cooking meals to last for two or three days, clean the kitchen, change the sheets on beds, and drive to appointments or errands if needed. $25 per hour. I visit another patient 2-7 p.m. 3-4 days per week. Currently available most mornings. I've lived in The Woodlands for 20 years. References available. Reach out if I can help! CPR/AED/BLS certified.
