About Kimberly

I am currently a full-time social worker at a high school. Last summer I nannied for a family with a 1-year-old. I have been working in paid jobs with children since I was in high school. I worked at a children's theme park for the past five summers. While working here, my responsibilities include operating the rides, hosting parties, and to be a camp counselor to the day camp run through the park. The children that come to the park are generally 2-9 years old. I volunteered at Crisis Nursery at the University of Illinois. While at the Nursery, I played with kids and kept them occupied. I also helped prepare and clean up mealtimes. When I was not with a child/children, I am cleaning the nursery toys, organizing rooms, and doing laundry. Crisis Nursery accepts children from birth to roughly 10. I have also watched my younger cousins.
