I'm a dedicated and high-energy childcare professional with over 10 years of hands-on experience nurturing, teaching, and supporting young children in early childhood education settings. My background as a Lead Early Head Start teacher has given me a strong foundation in child development, structure, and creating engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that help children thrive. I'm currently looking to transition from the classroom into a more personalized, in-home environment where I can provide one-on-one attention, build deeper connections, and support a child's growth in a more personal setting.
