About Kimberly

I'm an enthusiastic, patient and empathetic caregiver who truly enjoys spending time with children. what I love most about kids is their curiosity and creativity. They see the world in unique ways and often do the unexpected, which makes every day fun and meaningful. I'm also an artist so I love encouraging creativity. I worked at the same school for 24 years as a school counselor as well as teacher at the middle school level. I'm currently looking for a long-term position where I can build a trusting relationship with both children and parents and become a reliable, positive presence in a family's routine. I'm also very comfortable around pets. My top three child care strings are patients and emotional understanding with children of all ages, creating engaging and creative activities especially with art.
