Kimi is very punctual (very important) and professional. We discussed my Mother's care and set goals, and Kimi exceeded expectations. She is very thorough, her skills are above and beyond the call of duty, and is effective in providing care. She respects the elder person (which is deserved), and honors who the person is; with an understanding the Senior person has dementia. She is patient and kind. Her guidance to instruct the patient is filled with compassion. I am glad I found Kimi on this site. Yes, I will hire Kimi again, which is the 2nd phase of my Family's care for Mother.
