I have taken kids to after school activities, sporting events, etc. I am a non smoker, nonvape, non drinker, no drugs person. I encourage to do a background check on me as it will come back fine. I hired Kim for a long term position and after 1 week she quit with only 3 hours notice before her shift started. Very unprofessional. In the time she did watch my 3 year old she seemed to want to just sit and watch her play rather than actually interact with her and know how to engage her in play. She did not seem to understand the emotional needs of a 3 year old or how to support her. Kim told my daughter 'No' to going outside to play because it was too hot for Kim when it was only 75 degrees outside. If you have older children and just need a sitter to come sit and watch your kids play then maybe she would be a good fit but if you want a nanny to play and engage with your small children I would not recommend her.
