About Kimberly

I'd describe my personality as patient , caring and helpful with a sense of humor. I like caring for seniors because I think they deserve to live happy active and full lives as long as they possibly can. I'm looking for a job that gives me a sense of purpose and a chance to learn new things from another generation. I started caring for seniors when my dad got sick in 2019. He had a lung disease that required a lot of oxygen and a lot of care. All I wanted was for him to enjoy every moment as much as he could. I enjoyed finding ways to distract him and make him smile every day. One thing you should know about me is I never give up on anything. I know some seniors may be unhappy and unwilling to try new things but I will be there encouraging them to step out of their comfort zone. I want them to feel like they did something everyday. My skills include companionship, bathing, feeding, dressing, walking outdoors, games, reading, medication, and much more.
