I hired Kimberly for several weeks to babysit my 7 month old granddaughter when she and my daughter were visiting. She also did night duty a few nights. Kimberly was playful and managed feedings, naps and play time well. However, the biggest issue is that Kimberly is unreliable. She regularly showed up 15 - 25 minutes late, often with no communication ahead of time and no apologies when she arrived. Once she arrived an hour late and then another day, more than 30 minutes late. She also didn’t tell us in advance when she was sick and just showed up (late). I hope this review will help her be a reliable nanny as she has a lot to offer.
