Kim worked for me and my family for about two years, and has been the absolute BEST nanny we have ever hired. She was amazing - nurturing, entertaining, dedicated - with my twins. The only reason I had to give her up is because the pandemic hit in March 2020, and I became a teach-from-home teacher, and no l longer required a nanny. One of the many things that I love about Kim is her constant willingness to go above and beyond. Her job never included cleaning - it was simply to prioritize the children. So many times, however, I would come home to a house cleaner than when I left it. She surprised me one day by reorganizing the playroom into a more pleasing and functional arrangement, which made me kick myself for not having thought of it on my own! She also never hesitated to come in when they were sick (I never demanded it, but would run it by her before I called out myself). If my children weren't now enrolled in school, she'd be with us still.
