I'd describe my personality as patient, empathetic, and stand on integrity. I like caring for seniors because it allows them to stay in a familiar environment which helps support their wellbeing. I'm looking for a job that offers the opportunity to make a difference in someone's life; someone who may have given up on quality care. Opportunities to help seniors maintain their dignity, and independence as much as possible. I started caring for seniors more than 20 years ago, beginning with the seniors in my family. I believe in quality care, I then started working for an agency that created opportunities to work with seniors and adults needing help with a variety of things. One thing you should know about me is that I am dependable. I am a great communicator, and detailed. I have a very positive outlook on life in general. My skills include compassion, patience and communication skills. I'm very empathetic and understanding in the field of working with seniors.
