I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I'm also skilled in cooking meals, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. Initially, everything was great.  Her resume read well.  Her response to text was great.  She watched our child one time and we looked forward to having her care for our son again on a regular basis.  At the time she said she was working at a daycare facility, so her time that she had for us was limited.  Afterwards, she said she no longer had the job and we looked forward to having her more hours.  From there, she ghosted us.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Kimberly care for our 3-year-old and 8-year-old, and I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about her. From the moment she walked through the door, she brought such warmth, professionalism, and a calm confidence that instantly put us—and our kids—at ease.

She connected beautifully with both children, catering to their very different needs and personalities with patience, creativity, and genuine care. Our toddler was engaged, happy, and well-cared-for, and our older child not only had fun but felt truly listened to and respected.

Kimberly is reliable, communicative, and thoughtful—always arriving on time, updating us when needed, and going the extra mile to tidy up after playtime or leave us helpful notes. She has a natural gift with children and creates a safe, nurturing environment that every parent hopes for.

We had a great experience with Kimberly watching our two children (6 months and 3 years old). She was gentle, patient, and very attentive to both of their individual needs. Our toddler enjoyed her playful and engaging nature, and she was wonderful with our baby as well—calm, nurturing, and responsive. We always felt at ease knowing our little ones were in caring hands. Highly recommend her to any family looking for a dependable and kind caregiver!

Disappointing and avoidable cancelation.

I was looking forward to using Kimberly as a sitter due to her high rating and the fact that multiple other families having booked her.  I confirmed her for the booking, and shortly after she asked what type of care was needed for my two kids.  I replied with a description of what we would be expecting.  The day of the booking she messaged me with less than 2 hours before she was expected to arrive that she would need to cancel.  The reason she provided was not an unanticipated emergency. The reason she gave was she needed to stay behind to study for her school finals.  I was very disappointed that she even agreed to accept the job.  Her cancelation caused us to scramble to find alternatives for care.  This is not a review of her abilities as a caregiver, but I feel it is important for others to have this information as it may factor into their decision to hire Kimberly.  

I was excited at the prospect of having Kimberly potentially nanny for us.  Her resume and attitude seemed great.  We did a phone interview Saturday and arranged an in-person interview for Sunday at noon.  We rushed home from church to be there at the pre-appointed time. She texted 9 minutes before she was supposed to arrive (though she lives 30-40 minutes away) saying she was on her way,  and was it still ok to arrive at noon.  I responded when I looked at my phone, 13 minutes later with a "yes!"  I texted again 20 minutes later after hearing nothing, and then called 10 minutes later.  She finally texted at 12:47, saying she would need to reschedule, and that she hadn't come because she didn't want to show up unannounced because I hadn't responded.  
If she was going to be on time per our agreement,  she would've left her house 20-30 minutes before she texted, and could've easily shown up as we agreed. Or she could've responded to my texts and phone call.  Or apologized.  Disappointing. And not the type of dependability we need.    

Kim was great with our 11 yr old twins and was very responsive answering a last minute request to help with carpooling our kids to after school activities while I was on work travel.  She was on time, needed very little instruction, reliable, was great with the kids and communicated with us during her time watching them.  We look forward to hiring her again in the future.  

Kimberly was great to talk to. She seemed very responsible and would have been an amazing sitter. Our plans changed so we didn't get to use her, but I would definitely recommend her from what I know!

Kim is amazing! Both boys, 9 and 5, had so much fun with her the first day, and were super excited to play with her again the next day. She cooked them food, brought games to play, took them to our community pool, showered them, and got them into pjs and bed. We look forward to hiring her again in the near future

Kimberly is an excellent sitter. She is incredibly experienced and very caring. We have Kim on a date night basis & she's been doing great with our two children 4 years of age and a 6-month-old. She also requires little instruction and can skillfully master multiple tasks (and kids!). 

We were impressed with Kimberly's qualifications and easy nature. Hired her to take care of foster siblings but the kids got into an afterschool program before she could start. We met in person and found her to be kind and professional. Will most likely contact her with future needs. 

Kim was a fantastic sitter for my 3-year-old twin girls. I wish I could take her back to NYC with us! She was on time, sweet, and immediately connected with the girls, who can be very hard to please sometimes! She texted with us while we were away and gave details of her time with the girls when we returned. Thanks to her my husband and I were able to enjoy a night out while visiting California.

Kimberly was an absolute joy to have work with my child. She was punctual and available last minute for an emergency. She has a background in education which was great as she used her skills to engage my baby in a way that would benefit her development. 

She is caring and pleasant and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for childcare.

We were initially very excited about working with Kim. She seems like lovely person and is clearly good with kids. However, we were disappointed when Kim's plans suddenly changed and instead of communicating with us clearly, she didn't show up for scheduled babysitting hours, didn't answer texts or calls, and instead waited for next day to explain herself. This happened a couple of times, and, needless to say, sent us scrambling at a very vulnerable time (we have a toddler and I was at the end of my pregnancy)...

Kimberly is an absolute gem with our child. She has age-appropriate activities, encourages independent play, provides recommendations but respects our wishes. We are very lucky to have her!

Interviewed Kim multiple times and was going to hire her but unfortunately our timeline just didn't match up but we have been stay in contact. She is a great listener and well mannered girl:)
