I highly recommend Kimberly as a nanny. She is responsible, reliable, careful with the kids and extremely trustworthy. She truly functioned like a third parent watching our 3 young boys, who love her! She is able to multitask and takes direction very well. She also shows initiative, and does what needs to be done in the home with little oversight. Kimberly is also kind and very pleasant to work with. We were lucky to have her for as long as we did before our kids all started pre-school.
