About Kimberly

Unlocking a student's unique potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With many years of experience supporting elementary students in Math, English, Art, History, and Study Skills, I focus on building confidence rather than simple memorization. I empower you to develop critical thinking skills by connecting complex concepts to your personal interests and breaking problems into manageable steps. I adapt my methods through visual aids, hands-on activities, and open communication to ensure your specific learning style is supported. Whether we meet at your home, a library, or online, I prioritize consistent positive reinforcement to celebrate every "aha!" moment. I hold CPR training and First Aid certifications. My goal is to foster a genuine love for learning that lasts a lifetime. I am truly honored to be a part of your educational journey and look forward to helping you reach your goals.
