About Kimberly

I live in the Hampstead, NC area with my husband, John. My step-son is finishing up his B. S. in California, so it is usually just John and I unless either my stepson or our many nieces and nephews come for a visit. We love kayaking on the ICWW, camping, hiking, playing cards and fun table top games, and hosting our friends and family. Just recently completed 10 years with my non-profit TICTI and looking to open my own mental health consulting business and small private practice. I am a trauma therapist by trade. I understand trauma and loss personally and professionally, and have patience, care, compassion, and skill to bring to you and your family. I practice transcendental meditation and this keeps me grounded. Prior to starting my career in Mental Health field in 2010, I served in the Army for 10 years and was stationed at Fort Liberty.
