About Kimberly

My name is Kimberly L, and I have worked with children since I was 16. I started at the YMCA in Orchard Park, and continued working with students from grades K-12 through many different jobs, volunteer work, and college classes. I am a senior at Buffalo State College in the English Education program, and will be certified to teach English to grades seven through 12. I am currently taking a leave of absence due to COVID-19, because I want to make sure I get the best hands-on education possible. Therefore, I will be finishing my last semester and student teaching when the world is back to normal. I started studying Spanish in 7th grade and continued through the end of high school, and for most of my college career. I am able to tutor in many subjects. I am able to babysit and/or tutor. I understand that remote learning can be quite difficult, especially with working parents. I am prepared to help your children with any difficulties they may have during this trying time.
