About Kimberly

Hi! My name is Kimberly and I'm a NYC-based Registered Nurse residing in Chelsea. I have 4 years of experience in a level IV NICU and possess multiple certifications related to that including: BLS, NRP, and RNC-NIC, in addition to a pending PALS certification. Prior to becoming an RN, I worked full-time as a nanny in the DC area for many years. My love for working with children and their families is actually what prompted me to become a NICU nurse! I'm truly passionate about what I do and couldn't imagine doing anything else. I'm currently looking to supplement my RN position with private in-home childcare. I specialize in newborn/infant care, but have years of experience caring for children well into adolescence. I am available immediately for temporary full-time or part-time work until further notice due to the ongoing nursing strike, and on an as-needed basis in the future.
