I am dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors through personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, and medical management. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I follow the family's preferred communication method, offering regular updates via text or phone call. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building a connection with your loved one. I have some college education and CPR Training.
