I can de-escalate stressful situations, handle confusion or agitation, and incorporate memory care activities. I have a college associate degree, have taken many extra Memory care certifications and am comfortable with pets. I'm not new to the field, I am eager to help learn your routines and help people stay in their homes for as long as possible.
