My name is Merrell and I am a middle school teacher. I am passionate about fostering children's growth and making a positive impact on their lives. With over a decade of experience babysitting, I've honed my patience and friendly nature to create a nurturing environment for children of all ages. When it comes to household rules, I believe in gentle yet firm enforcement, ensuring a safe and structured environment. My approach to communication with parents is open and honest, with regular updates on their child's day and any concerns that arise. My preferred play activities include outdoor sports, educational games, and board games. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children and am willing to assist with various tasks, including meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I have been CPR and First Aid certified through my prior coaching job, ensuring the well-being of the children in my care. I'm also a non-smoker and comfortable with pets
