About Kimberly

I am a recently retired, happy grandma who just moved back to Medford, Oregon, so that I can be closer to my family. I have a deep desire to support the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My experience in my previous care role derived from navigating my parents' declining health and this opened my eyes of the importance of trustworthy and loving caregivers. I provide companionship, safety, monitoring, medication, reminders, and nighttime assistance. I respect a care recipient's independence above all else. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I will communicate with families using their preferred method and I'll keep detailed notes. I have a graduate degree and one year of experience working with seniors (my parents) and I am working on being re-certified in CPR and First Aid. I will provide light housekeeping and meal preparation if needed. I hope to bring peace of mind to you and your family!
