Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my passion. My 15 years of experience in adult and senior care have reinforced my commitment to supporting well-being and independence. I was a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid for 14 years. I provide respite care, hospice services, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I am trained in CPR and First Aid. I handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I de-escalate stressful situations. I incorporate memory care activities. I create a comfortable environment. I communicate through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following your preferred method. My college degree complements my hands-on experience.
