I have nearly four years of experience working in senior living, including leadership experience as a Director of Community Lifestyle. My background includes Life Enrichment, resident engagement, event planning, wellness programming, outings, family communication, and creating welcoming community environments for older adults. I am passionate about helping seniors feel connected, valued, independent, and cared for. I enjoy building meaningful relationships with residents and families while creating experiences that bring joy, comfort, and purpose to daily life. My strengths include compassionate communication, creativity, organization, leadership, hospitality, and collaboration with both families and interdisciplinary teams.
