Kim provided outstanding senior care for my 99-year-old mom over a 6hour+ stretch of time. She clearly communicated her availability, responded to messages promptly, and actually showed up at the meet and greet (IYKYK, that's not as common a practice as it ought to be). She made the time pass comfortably and enjoyably for my mom while taking care of simple needs. I will definitely call on Kim again when the need arises.
