Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me. For the past eight years, I've been privileged to support adults and seniors, empowering them to maintain their independence and well-being. My background includes some college education, and I hold current certifications in CPR and First Aid. I offer respite care, transportation, and assistance with errands, shopping, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I'm also experienced in dementia care and medical management. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and understanding. Compassion and empathy are at the heart of my approach. I prioritize understanding each person's unique preferences and history to build a strong connection. I also communicate with families using their preferred method.
