Hi everyone! :) My name is Kim, and I was a stay at home mom for my two kids who are now 30 and 27, Now that they're a older, I've realized how much I miss spending time with younger children, and now I have taken up part-time babysitting as something that truly lights up my life. I have helped raise my four nieces and nephews, who are now 3, 6, 9 and 12. Additionally, I've been with two different families for the past few years, and I truly consider the children my second children. I'm looking for a part time job - to me, spending time with your children is not a job, it's what sparks my passions and makes me the happiest. We worked with Kim for 3 days and had a falling out. There was a miscommunication through text messages about cleaning up food on the ground due to our 14 year old Yorkie that gets extremely sick whenever she eats anything besides her own food. The issue went unresolved because Kim would not speak to me over this issue. I apologized immensely for any miscommunication and tried many times to reach out to her to resolve the problem. I personally have worked with many families for years helping their children with severe autism. Together we had to communicate about many challenging situations and difficult decisions. I have never encounter an interaction like this one ever before. I felt Kim was very unprofessional and terrible at communication. I would be worried how she would react to resolving any bigger issues, especially if it involved a child.
