Bringing a decade of experience in adult and senior care, I'm deeply committed to supporting well-being and independence. My previous roles have shown me the positive impact a caregiver can have on individuals and their families, and I strive to be a reliable source of support. I am compassionate, friendly, and detail-oriented. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I also provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation, manage medications, and offer mobility assistance. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. CPR and First Aid Training are among my qualifications. I hope to bring comfort and peace of mind to your family, one caring visit at a time.
