We hired Kim to watch our son with special needs. Kim is a very sweet woman who genuinely cares about the person she’s watching. She did everything I asked, answered right away every time I called to check in and my son really liked her. She was on time for both of the days and very flexible when I changed times with her. When I did change times on her she would say “Im here for you when you need me.” Having a person with that kind of compassion and love watch your child is all I could hope for. We will be using Kim again for sure!
