Hi Kimberlee honest woman to woman. Most negative reviews are fabricated and laced with untruths. With that said, the response provided by yourself, felt aggressive and was an uncomfortable read. I am a non medical home based assistant and have had my fair share of outlandish bad reviews. We are on this site to take the good, the bad and the ugly reviews. By he way, please don't ever mention a low offer that insults the pay it forward work we do. I felt It empowered the ridiculous comments the family posted. I personally thank you for what you do!
