About Kim

It's my pleasure to introduce myself. I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid with four years of experience supporting adults and seniors. My passion stems from positive experiences in previous care roles and a desire to make a real difference in people's lives. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I communicate with families through verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. I also prioritize direct communication with care recipients, ensuring their needs and preferences are heard. Building connections based on respect and sincerity is important to me. I understand the challenges families face, as my own parents experienced similar situations. I have experience handling confusion and behavioral changes. I am able to provide transportation, run errands, and prepare meals. While I have experience with dementia and Alzheimer's patients, I am not looking to take on those situations at this time.
