We had the pleasure of having Kim as our nanny from the time our daughter was 3 months old until she turned 2 years old, and we truly could not have asked for a better caregiver. She guided her through every stage of early development, from bottle feeding and naps to first steps and first words. Kim was also fantastic at coming up with age-appropriate activities to support learning and exploration, and we always appreciated the joy she brought into playtime. In addition to being wonderful with our daughter, Kim was consistently reliable, punctual, and communicative. She kept us updated throughout the day and always made an effort to follow our routines and preferences while also bringing her own thoughtful suggestions.
