Hello, my name is Kay (certified PCT/CNA & AED). I'm a skilled/companion caregiver with over 15 years of experience. I specialize in Alzheimer/dementia, COPD, CHF, Parkinson, Pick's disease, cerebral palsy, emphysema, Cather care, feeding tubes, tracheotomy's care, Cpap, Bipap & colostomy/ostomy care. As well as having experience working in a private home, group home and hospital setting. My passion is having the ability to care for the geriatric community while believing in maintaining the quality of life. To allow someone to keep their dignity, integrity, respect & while encouraging staying them to be active/mobility( if that's in the care plan/ DLA & ROM). Also being the person that's able to be their eyes & ears and have the opportunity to listen to their life story. I love listening to their stories, which always help me in my future.
