About Kiley

Hi! I'm Kiley -- I'm 31 and originally from Kalispell, Montana. I began full-time nannying at 18 and have spent the past decade caring for children in both full- and part-time roles for a variety of families. I have experience in single-child households, multi-child homes, and nanny-share arrangements, and I easily adapt to the unique rhythm of each family. I believe the most important part of being a nanny is seamlessly integrating into your home and supporting your family in the way that feels most comfortable for you. Being invited into someone's space is personal, and I treat it with a high level of respect, professionalism, and warmth. My goal is always to make your life easier, your children feel safe and loved, and your home run smoothly. The most enjoyable part of this work for me is building genuine connections with the children and families I support. I love creating a positive, calm, and engaging environment where kids can thrive -- and where parents feel fully supported.
