About Kila

Hi! My name is Kila and I am finishing up my freshman year of college at Clemson University. I am available from May 1st to early/mid August. As a caregiver with many years of experience, I am passionate about fostering children's growth and development. I am responsible, patient, calm, creative, and friendly, which helps me connect with children and create a nurturing environment. When it comes to communication with parents, I believe in open and transparent dialogue. I provide verbal updates at pickup and follow their preferred communication method to address any issues or share daily highlights. I follow the parents' lead on household rules to ensure consistency and respect their parenting style. I love engaging the kids with outdoor sports, physical games, board games, puzzles, and educational games and more! I am comfortable caring for up to three children of all ages and have some form of experience with all different age groups.
