I have 17+ years in Elementary Ed & Early Childhood (newborn & up), plus various special needs. I'm kind, positive & set expectations where needed. I take natural opportunities to teach interpersonal, problem solving & academic skills. I've created childcare training. I'll re-certify in CPR/First Aid this month & have done car seat trainings.
