Hi! My name is Kiersten, and I'm a dedicated and compassionate child caregiver with 5 years of experience, primarily working with children on the autism spectrum. Most of my childcare background involves supporting children with ASD using principals of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), which has given me a strong foundation in providing structured, individualized care that encourages growth and independence. I am passionate about creating calm, consistent environments tailored to each child's unique needs. I am patient, observant and deeply committed to helping children thrive at their own pace! I enjoy incorporating activities like sensory play, music and art to support development goals while making things fun and engaging!
