I starting caring for the elderly when my grandfather got sick, then also with my grandmother. I take the health and well being of my patients/clients/residents very seriously. I witnessed my grandfather mistreated in a nursing before he came back home. I vowed to never let anyone go through what my grandfather did. My mom is an RN and she helped me into the medical field. My first experience working outside of my family was a live-in hospice case. I began to get work as a HHA. I worked with quite a few people over the years. Then I decided to go into a facility.
