I am a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with over 4 years of hands-on caregiving experience, including more than a year of formal CNA certification. I have worked in a variety of settings including assisted living, rehabilitation, and home health. I served as a Medication Technician at Pacifica Skyline Assisted Living for 11 months before advancing to Summit Hills Assisted Living, where I became one of their top CNAs and completed my CNA certification through their sponsorship. I remained there for over a year, providing exceptional resident care and gaining experience with a wide range of patient needs. I worked at a rehabilitation facility before transitioning to my current role as a Home Health Aide with CareCo Atlanta. In addition to in-home care, I also contribute to staff development by conducting training previews for newly hired CNAs, offering practical guidance on professionalism, patient interaction, and daily responsibilities.
