With over 10 years of experience, including seven years as an activities assistant, I've developed a deep understanding of memory care. As a Certified Home Health Aide with some college education, I offer transportation, errands/shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation services. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and empathetic. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes with ease. I incorporate memory care activities and sensory engagement into care. I provide verbal updates, regular texts, or phone calls, always following your preferred communication method.
