About Kiera

Hello! I'm Kiera. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education, and have worked in a school for two years as a paraprofessional and two years as a K-2 Special Education Teacher. Prior to that I have over 10 years of experience caring for infants and toddlers in church. I also have been a lifeguard and gone through CPR and first aid. I love working with little ones and utilizing hands on play and learning techniques through music, art, science, outdoor exploration and more. I try to minimize screen time as much as possible. I have experience tutoring and teaching early reading and math skills. I am structured and experienced in a wide range of behaviors and needs. I love to laugh and have fun and will join in on play and activities :) I have cooking and cleaning experience as well.
