I have always had a passion for working with individuals with disabilities. I am a very patient and caring person, characteristics that had led me to be successful in this field. I have received my BA degree in Childhood and Special Education and have worked in various classrooms of students ranging from mild to sever disabilities. I have also worked as a counselor at a special needs week at Camp Fatima in NH. Here I was responsible for the care of 13 adults and seniors with moderate to severe intelectual disabilities over a week long sleep away camp. I take my work very seriously but am also able to create light hearted and fun experiences for the individuals I work with.
