About Kiele

Hi! My name is Kiele, and I have over six years of childcare experience working with kids of many ages and personalities. I started babysitting for families in my neighborhood during high school and continued throughout college, building strong relationships with both kids and parents. For five summers, I worked as a camp counselor at a where I planned activities, supervised groups of children, and helped create a fun and supportive environment where kids could learn and grow. I currently volunteer with KEEN NY, working with children with special needs, which has been one of the most rewarding experiences for me. I'm patient, creative, silly, and encouraging, and I truly love spending time with kids. Whether it's arts and crafts, playing outside, or coming up with fun games, I enjoy creating a positive and engaging environment. Making a meaningful impact on children's lives is really important to me, and I always aim to help kids feel supported, confident, and happy.
