As a caregiver with three years of experience, I am passionate about nurturing children and supporting families. My journey in childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my knack for caring for children. My patient and calm nature, coupled with my friendly and approachable demeanor, allows me to connect easily with children of all ages. I believe in open and effective communication with parents. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. My approach is to gently remind children of the rules and redirect their behavior positively.
