About Kiarra

As the oldest of 3 siblings I have been working with kids since I was a kid myself. I was the tutor and care giver for my younger siblings for many years. Working with them made me realize how much I love children. In high school I worked as a tutor in math, science, and English. After high school I worked with kids age 5-12 during the summers to refine their skills for the upcoming academic year. I also have worked in childcare for the last 3 years. I ran kids sports camps (basketball) and volunteered in the childcare department of a local women's shelter. At the shelter I helped many different kids, with different abilities, learn their material. Most recently I was a nanny to a family of four ages 1. 5-9. While school was online I helped them with their work and was very hands on with their online learning. I had a blast being their tutor/nanny and am excited to work as a tutor again!
