About Kiara

I've been caring for children for over 3 years, and it brings me great joy to support families and be a positive influence in the lives of young ones. I have experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens, and am comfortable caring for up to 3 children at a time. I have been a swim instructor, lifeguard, preschool teachers assistant and a nanny. My calm and patient demeanor, combined with my creative and imaginative nature, allows me to connect easily with children and make their time with me fun and engaging. I believe in open and honest communication with parents. I prefer a gentle approach to enforcing household rules, focusing on teaching and guiding children rather than punishing them. I love using my imagination to create fun and educational activities for the children in my care. I am a Washington state certified EMT, and am Nationally registered EMT(NREMT) for the past three and a half years. I have a clean driving record and a reliable car.
