About Kiara Renee

Hi! I'm Kiara Renee and families describe me as calm, attentive, and highly reliable in high-stress situations. I am currently a Mental Health Specialist with professional experience working in pediatric and adolescent behavioral health settings, including neurobehavioral care. I also have close to 3 years of experience as a childcare provider at a private Early Childhood Education center working with all ages! I specialize in supporting children and teens who need more than basic supervision-especially those who benefit from structure, emotional regulation support, and calm, patient care. I am also First Aid and CPR certified. I'm comfortable working with children with autism, ADHD, sensory needs, and behavioral challenges, and I bring a healthcare-informed, trauma-aware approach to caregiving. I am available for evenings, weekends and overnight care and have no issues with pets.
