About Kiara

Hello! My name is Kiara! I am 24 years old and have been in childcare for most of my life; paid experience for 8+ years. I am passionate about teaching, nurturing, and being a consistent, positive adult in a child's life. I have many certifications in early childhood development, as well as CPR/First Aid certified. I have extensive experience in lesson planning, implementing age-appropriate activities, and fostering emotional and social development. I have been around kids my entire life (6 younger siblings). I started babysitting for a family friend when I turned 13 years old. I acquired several different families that I babysat for and continued to care for them until I was 20 and relocated. After relocating, I began working at a preschool where I cared for 20 children in a classroom. I began creating and applying lesson plans, assisting in potty training, and teaching the children life and emotional skills! I have been teaching there for 3 years. I would love to chat!!
