About Kiara

Hi! My name is Kiara, and I have over 6 years of experience working with children of all ages and abilities. Throughout my career, I've worked as a preschool teacher, infant teacher, nanny, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting children with autism, and currently as a Care Coordinator for an ABA company. I have a Bachelor's degree in Legal Services and have also completed graduate-level coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis. I'm passionate about helping children learn, grow, and reach their full potential. I enjoy building strong relationships with families and creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive. Families describe me as patient, dependable, and compassionate. I also provide occasional babysitting services and understand the importance of trust, communication, and reliable care.
