About Kiara

Hiii!! I'm Kiaraa! I'm a dependable, reliable, caring, energetic nanny. I am a nursing student with a strong passion for working with children of all ages. I've been babysitting since I was 15, and over the years I've gained hands-on experience caring for infants, toddlers, young children, and teens. I've l worked in a childcare center where I followed standard classroom ratios, including 1:4 for infants, 1:5 for toddlers, and 1:8 for preschoolers. This experience helped me become very attentive, organized, and confident in managing multiple children while maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. In addition, I've worked with middle school and high school girls, and I currently volunteer with 1st and 2nd graders, so I'm comfortable supporting a wide range of age groups. I am CPR certified I have done a lot of child development learning modules with Penn State. I am completely pet-friendly! I live close to VCU!
